Learning to move better is more than following an instructor, or modeling an athlete. It takes a refined sense of awareness that is cultivated with a little bit of practice to restore and improve function, wether it is to lift your grandchild, train for a race, or learn a new dance move.

There are two modalities that I use with my approach. They are a direct one on one session that includes touch and movement to assist in learning to optimize health. The other is a class environment, called AWARENESS THROUGH MOVEMENT® (for more information~watch the video below “what is Feldenkrais”).

Join Stacy at UCLA for her course:Smart Movement Solutions: Finding a Mind Body Balance. This is a 10~in person weekly class series. This class is a fusion of Feldenkrais and Physical Therapy.
